We offer high quality care and flexibility at Chudleigh Pre-School. With highly qualified and trained staff that enjoy the work they do. We put the care and needs of the children at our setting first at all times. We offer a 'Learning through play' opportunity for all children aged 9 months - 5 Years.
We are a fully inclusive setting with a lot of SEN experience. We teach sign language (Makaton) to all children and use it within the setting.
Within our free flow setting we challenge children to exceed expectations. By learning through fun, well planned activities, building friendships and confidence with their peers, enjoying trips to the woods and local parks regularly to increase children's understanding of the outdoors. We encourage curiosity, imagination and we love messy play!
We plan weekly, based on children's needs and interests to help them progress through the Early Years Foundation Stages and assess their progress termly, meaning that any additional needs are picked up on quickly and we can request support at the earliest possible time if required. We teach children Phonics and early writing skills in a fun way which helps children to thrive and prepares them for school.
We aim to be as flexible as we can for families, we have no set sessions and allow you to choose the hours you require for your child. This makes it easier for working families and means that you only pay for the hours you require. Our fees are set to the government guidelines, which keeps costs low for parents too.
We are here to support you as a family and will always do our upmost to ensure that you and your family get any support that you need.
All our staff are qualified to a minimum of level 3, all hold paediatric first aid, safeguarding certificates and are DBS checked. We provide a high quality of care and have a lot of experience working with children with additional needs, allergies and dietary requirements so your child will be left in very capable hands.
